INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz mezcal

• 0.75 oz tart cherry juice

• 0.5 oz lemon juice

• 0.5 oz Orgeat

• 0.25 - 0.5 oz Luxardo cherry syrup from jar

• 2 dashes cherry bitters

• 4 dashes Fee Foam (or egg white)

TOOLS + GLASSWARE

• Cocktail shaker

• Strainer

• Chilled coupe or Nick & Nora

PREPARATION

1. Combine ingredients and dry shake to activate fee foam

2. Add ice and shake again to chill drink

3. Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora

4. Garnish with a speared luxardo cherry
