DUBLIN MINSTREL

A riff on the classic Last Word cocktail, substituting Irish whiskey for gin.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz. Irish whiskey

  • 2⁄3 oz. Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)

  • 2⁄3 oz. Luxardo Maraschino liqueur

  • 2⁄3 oz. Lime juice

  • Garnish with a lime zest

TOOLS + GLASSWARE

  • Shaker

  • Strainer

  • Chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass

PREPARATION

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

  • Double strain into a glass with a big ice cube.

  • Garnish with a lime zest.
