A simple variation on the classic Corpse Reviver #2 - substituting Elderflower liqueur in place of the original Lillet or Cocchi Americano.

The Sunflower is a creation of well known bartender Sam Ross. A simple variation on the classic Corpse Reviver #2 - substituting Elderflower liqueur in place of the original Lillet or Cocchi Americano.

INGREDIENTS

• ¾ oz. Gin

• ¾ oz. St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

• ¾ oz. Cointreau (orange liqueur)

• ¾ oz. Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed

• Absinthe, rinse

• Garnish: Lemon Twist

TOOLS + GLASSWARE

• Shaker

• Strainer

• Chilled coupe or Nick & Nora

PREPARATION

1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker.

2. Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds.

3. Double strain into an absinthe-rinsed, chilled coupe.

4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
