A simple, refreshing cocktail for the Fall season combining basil and cinnamon.
Created by Los Angeles Bartender Nathan Howard for a fall menu at Cole’s French Dip in Downtown Los Angeles.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz cinnamon simple syrup
4-5 basil leaves
For the garnish: a basil leaf
tools + glassware
Shaker
Muddler
Strainer
Chilled coupe or Nick & Nora
PREPARATION
Add ingredients to tin
Lightly press basil leaves
Add Ice and shake 10-12 Seconds
Double Strain into chilled coupe or Nick & Nora
Garnish with Basil Leaf
